Product Use

Humic acid and its products have a variety of uses. In agriculture, humic acid fertilizers (e.g. ammonium humate fertilizers can be made from ammonia neutralized humic acid), which are combined with nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements, have the functions of increasing the efficiency of fertilizers, improving the soil, stimulating the growth of crops, and improving the quality of agricultural products; nitro-humic acid can be used as an acidifier for rice seedling; magnesium humate, zinc humate, and iron humate urea have good effects on replenishing the soil deficiency of magnesium, zinc deficiency of corn, and iron deficiency of fruit trees respectively; mixed with pesticides such as weed killer and atrazine, it can improve the efficacy and inhibit the residual poison; sodium humate is useful for treating the rot of apple trees. Have a good effect; humic acid and herbicide ether, atrazine and other pesticides mixed, can improve efficacy, inhibition of residual toxicity; sodium humate is effective in the treatment of apple tree rot disease. In animal husbandry, sodium humate is used for antler hemostasis, nitro humic acid urea complex for cattle feed additives also have good results. In industry, sodium humate is used for ceramic mud adjustment; low-pressure boiler, locomotive boiler anti-scaling; humic acid ion exchanger is used to deal with heavy metal-containing wastewater; sodium sulfonated humate is used as cement water reducing agent; humic acid products are also used as petroleum drilling mud treatment agent (see oilfield chemicals); purified humic acid is used as cathode expanding agent for lead storage batteries.
